Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the artwork and requirements supplied at the time. Material price movements or changes to the specification may require a revised quotation, which we will issue before proceeding.
Orders and payment
Production begins on receipt of the agreed deposit, normally 50%. The balance falls due against the pre-shipment photographs and walk-test video, before dispatch. Bank charges are borne by the sender.
Approvals
Two approval gates apply: the digital proof and the sculpted foam head photographs. Changes requested at those stages are free. Changes after fur has been cut are quoted separately. Delay in approving either gate moves the delivery date by the same number of days.
Intellectual property
You warrant that you hold the rights to the artwork you supply. We claim no rights over your characters. We will not reproduce a customer's character for another buyer, and we archive your patterns for your reorders only.
Delivery
Lead times run from approval of the digital proof, not from the order date. Quoted transit times are the carrier's and are outside our control. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm stated on the invoice.
Warranty
We warrant costumes against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery in normal use. Report defects with photographs within 7 days of arrival for transit or production issues. Fair wear, misuse, unauthorised alteration and damage from improper storage are excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will always try to settle a dispute by discussion first.
