Cartoon and character mascot costumes
Human and humanoid characters are judged on the face and nothing else. A two-millimetre change in the eye line turns a friendly character into an unsettling one, so we sculpt the head in clay-style foam, photograph it from five angles and get your sign-off before any fabric touches it. Hair, glasses, aprons and props are patterned as separate, replaceable pieces.
- Hand-sculpted faces with 3D-formed eyes, layered eyelashes and airbrushed blush
- Wigs and hairpieces built on a removable cap so they can be washed or restyled
- Costume clothing patterned as real garments — removable for laundering
- Chin and jaw geometry tuned so the mouth mesh sits at the performer's eye level
- Consistent face sculpts across a set, so three copies of a character actually match
