What we collect
When you submit the quotation form we receive the name, email address, and any company name, phone number, country, product details and message you choose to enter. Our server also records the approximate origin of the request and a timestamp, purely to detect automated abuse.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you place an order, to fulfil it. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier, and order records for the period our tax and export obligations require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Who can see it
Our sales team, and our email provider, which transmits and stores the message. Your artwork and character designs are treated as confidential and are never published without your written permission.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A single technical preference is stored in your browser if you change language, so the site remembers your choice. Nothing about you is sent to an advertising network.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.
